When I run the self test on the HUI, why do I get a "Bad RS-232, RS-422 Port, Bad Expander Port…." Message?
A:
Firmware for these ports has not been written at this time. If the HUI fails any of the other self-tests, contact Digital Technical Support at 800-258-6883 immediately with the results of the test, your Serial Number and the Date of Purchase of the unit. All this information is necessary in determining the problem and repair authorization.
