digitech RP21: Is there an easy way to keep the same volume when changing between programs?

Yes. The volume pedal update feature automatically assigns volume control in all programs to the volume pedal. This allows you to maintain the same volume when changing between patches. To turn this feature on, press the UTILITY button. Use the PAGE buttons until you arrive at the "Vol Pedal Update" page. Turn the dial to turn it on. You do not need to store any changes since this is a utility setting.
