Yes...in a sense the 2120 (or some other DigiTech product) would be controlling the other product while the 2120 was being controlled by the Control One. Program Changes, CC On/Off values, and CC Expression Pedal values could be sent via MIDI to the other product you wish to control. Each DigiTech product may differ slightly in its programming to accomplish this...refer to the users manual for details.
