A:
The most obvious advantage is mobility. Beware of the risks of wireless transmission, though. These include whirring and crackling noise or dropouts. In addition, wireless signal
transmission requires a compressor that may affect the sound. Be sure to try it out before making a decision! Although a cable may get in your way sometimes it does ensure constant sound quality with no disturbances (provided the solder joints are good).
