Q:
What is the pinout of the input jack on the bodypack transmitter?
A:
The PT 60, 61, 80, and 81 bodypack transmitters use a Switchcraft TA3F connector.
Pin 1 is ground, pin 2 hot, and pin 3 carries a 6 V / 6.8 kΩ supply voltage. You can modify all MicroMic C 4xx B and MicroMicII C 4xx B-lock microphones, as well as the CK 77 and CK 97 for use with the PT 60, 61, 80, or 81. All you need to do is solder the shield to pin 1 and the hot wire to pin 2/3.
