Q:
Exporting Tracks as a Wav File to a CD on an AW4416
A:
The audio Tracks on an AW4416 can be exported as .wav files. The user has a choice of exporting a single Track 1-16 or the Stereo Track.
NOTE: A CD can only hold 650MB, therefore, if the combined size of the selected Track(s) exceed 650MB, then you cannot execute the export function. 1) Press the [EDIT] button located in the RECORDER section above the (DATA/JOG) dial. 2) Press the [F1] button to display the 'TR Edit' page. 3) Use the 'CURSOR' buttons to select 'TRACK', then press the [ENTER] button. 4) Use the 'CURSOR' buttons to select 'EXPORT', then press the [ENTER] button. 5) Use the 'CURSOR' buttons to select 'TO DRIVE', then press the [ENTER] button. 6) Use the 'CURSOR' buttons to select the CD Recorder, then press the [ENTER] button. NOTE: The default is CD-RW SCSI #3. 7) Use the 'CURSOR' buttons to select 'EXIT', then press the [ENTER] button. 8) Use the 'CURSOR' buttons to select 'TRACK', then press the [ENTER] button. 9) Use the (DATA/JOG) dial to select the desired Track export option. The options are: - An Individual Track (1-16) - The Stereo Track (ST) NOTE: Although 'AL' appears in the Track export options list, it is currently NOT a viable option when using an internal CD-RW drive. The 'AL' option is ONLY viable when using an external MO storage device. 10) Press the [ENTER] button. The 'Confirmation' prompt will appear and will display the selected Track export option. 11) Use the 'CURSOR' buttons to select 'EXECUTE', then press the [ENTER] button. |
