WARNING: All data stored on the hard drive will be deleted. If the hard drive data is not expendable, create a backup before performing this procedure.



1) Press the [FILE] button to open the 'FILE' menu page.

2) Press the [F3] button to open the 'DISK UTILITY' tab page.

3) Turn the DATA/JOG Dial until the the 'DRIVE' select box displays 'INT.IDE'.

4) Press the [ENTER] button. The 'FORMAT EXECUTE' prompt will appear.

5) Press the [ENTER] button. A prompt will appear with the message, 'ARE YOU SURE?'

6) Press the > 'CURSOR' button to select 'OK'.

NOTE: To exit the procedure, make sure 'CANCEL' is highlighted and press the [ENTER] button.

7) Press the [ENTER] button to begin formatting.
