Maybe you haven't heard about Logic's unique Screensets? They can handle up to 90 virtual screen setups. You can also save your window selection and contents within a song. Maybe the best way to understand Screensets would be an example:
 
Normally, when you start working with Logic, you'll start in Screenset 1, with its Arrange and Transport windows. Now, just press the key "2" (above letters "q" and "w")... and suddenly you will see an Event list. Press "3" and you will see a Score window. Assuming you have a sequence with MIDI data selected, you'll also see notation. Press key "1" and you will find yourself transferred back to your well known Arrange window. You have just changed between two Screensets and back to the first. You will see the Screenset number displayed in the uppermost menu bar. Of course, these are just examples and you can define what you wish to display in each Screenset. Simply select a Screenset, open and arrange the desired editors, and then select another Screenset. That's it. The next time you select it, your new Screenset will be right where you left it. One thing to keep in mind when you start to work this way is the link function (that little chain icon). It must be activated in all desired editor windows, like the Event list in Screenset 2, to make sure you will always see the last selected sequence in that editor.
