Why can I only hear effects from certain output ports of my multi-output sound card?
A:
There is a workaround for this issue. If you don't have audio tracks assigned to the same output ports as your effects loop, you must have a "dummy" track in
Cakewalk assigned to the same port as the effects loop instead. That dummy track must contain an audio event, even if it's a recording of silence.
