Q:
I'm having problems with my Fujitsu C series Lifibook 6000 series 1Ghz with built-in Firewire and my MOTU 828. Why won't any input or output work?
A:
These laptops seem to have a firewire (1394) interface which is incompatable with the MOTU 828. The solution is to purchase a PCMCIA 1394 Firewire card with a TI chipset. One which has been found to work is the Tamarac Skymaster card.
