No, becuase whenever you save a song normally, the MOTU AUDIO SYSTEM or the PCI-324 console opens with the same configuration each time until you change it....

But Yes, because you can go into the PCI-324 console ( which applies to 2408, 1296, 328 and all other MOTU products that work from the PCI-324 card) and there is a section at the bottom of the window that says SAVE CONFIGURATION< LOAD CONFIGURATION> REFRESH> AND INTERFACE OPTIONS>

You can set up different bank configurations and save each of those particular configurations under another name and then reload them by the LOAD configurations command ... so in essence -if you have a 24 track recording template, you can open your MOTU Audio system and load the configuration that comes with it...
