If you have moved your Logic Application Icon out of the Logic Folder and onto to your desktop, then Logic will never see your Asio driver.
The Logic App must never leave it's Logic folder or there will be many issues. If you want to launch from the desktop, you must create and Alias of the Icon and move THAT to the desktop...
