Saving your Volume and RPS Sequence to Floppy Disk

The Volume and RPS song data that you create can be stored on floppy disks. Use the following procedure to save the Volume and song information:

1. Press DISK.
2. Press F4 to access the "Disk Save" display.
3. Use the CURSOR buttons to highlight "Target" and the VALUE dial to select "Volume + Song" ("Volume" on the DJ-70mkII).
4. Use the CURSOR buttons to highlight the Volume name that you created in the preceding steps and press S1. "Are You Ready?" will be displayed. Press S1 and the DJ-70/DJ-70MKII will start saving your sequence to a floppy disk.
NOTE: To reload both the sequencer and song data be sure to set your target to "Volume + Song" ("Volume" on the DJ-70mkII) on the Disk Load page. If you start your DJ-70/DJ-70MKII with a disk in the drive that contains a file saved this way, it will load automatically.
