I'm getting an error: "Caution: Digital ST sync in error" on my Yamaha O1v. What can I do to sync?

This could happen if you are setting the O1v to Internal 44.1k and syncing other gear to s/pdif clock. The solution is to make the O1v slave to the s/pdif clock of the other gear set to internal.
