Solo function will not engage on a cascaded 02R.
A:
When two or more 02R consoles are cascaded together, only the [SOLO] button on the cascade master 02R will continue to function. Activating the Solo function on the cascade master 02R, however, enables the operation of individual solo channels on the cascade slaves.
NOTE: The 'Solo Setup' must be confirmed on the cascade master 02R. See "Solo" on page 196 of the User's Guide for further details. 1) Press the [SOLO] button on the cascade master 02R. The [ON] buttons of all the cascaded 02R units will flash. 2) Press the [ON] buttons for the desired channel or channels to solo. NOTE: In Recording mode, the channel signal is sent to the Solo bus on the cascade master 02R. The signal can be monitored using the monitor system connected to the cascade master 02R. In Mixdown mode, the channel signal is sent to the Stereo bus.
