My Microboards Desktop Publisher 800 series gives me an error message "Production server has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact Microsoft about this problem" under Windows XP. What does this mean?

This unit is not Windows XP compatable yet, but as of March 2002, they are still working on Windows XP drivers. Currently it is only compatable with Windows 2000 operating system.
