Q:
My third-party disc burning software (Toast , Jam) stops working after I installed iTunes 1.1 or Disc Burner 1.0.1
A:
1. Use the Extensions manager control panel to create an extensions set for your third-party disc burning software.
2. Turn off these system extensions: USB Authoring Support Firewire Authoring Support 3. Turn on the system extensions used by your third-party disc burning software. 4. Restart the computer. When you want to use iTunes or Disc Burner to burn a disc, open the Extensions Manager control panel and switch back to original extensions set. You may also consider turning off the third-party disc burning software system extensions in this set. Although Authoring Support and iTunes Extension override most third-party system extensions, it may be helpful to turn off the third-party extensions regardless.
