Can I use all 4 inputs and outputs in Windows for my M-Audio Quattro in Windows?

This depends on your software. If you are using the MME interface to your software (Sound Forge, Cool Edit, older Wavelab, Cakewalk9, and others), you may only be able to access 2 inputs and 2 outputs.

If your software uses ASIO (Logic, Cubase, Nuendo, Reason, and others), you will be able to see all 4 inputs and outputs.
