My monitor mode button on my Digidesign Digi001 does not seem to work- what is wrong? I can't hear anything through headphones, or my microphones don't come through when I push it.
 
A:
The Monitor Mode button on the Digi001 will only monitor inputs 3&4 out the Monitor Outs. It does not send the signal to the headphone outputs. It monitors only the line-level 3-4 inputs, not microphone 1-2 inputs. Also, while the Monitor Mode button is depressed, there will not be any computer playback sound through the Monitor outputs, but only the input 3&4 signal.
