Q:
How to set SYNC I/O's Word Clock output to to 1x word clock or 256x superclock.
A:
SYNC I/O's Word Clock 1x/256x port can output either 1x or 256x clock. This can be set from either the unit's front panel or the SYNC I/O Setup application (NOTE: to use SYNC I/O SETUP the unit cannot be connected to the Digiserial port). To configure from the front panel, the unit must not be in remote mode. Hit the SET button and then toggle through the menu using the UP or DOWN button until you reach "bASE CLOCK." Hit SET again and then UP or DOWN to choose between "Session" (1x the base session sample rate), or "256x" (for Slave Clock devices).
