Yes, but you must have 5.2 or later.

1) launch Logic as normal
2) go to your Mixer page
3) on your 1st Audio Instrument there should be a section that says I/O
there you should click and hold -
4) there are now 3 choices MONO, Stereo, and Muliti-Output
5) then from that choice your menu extends to which Synth fits the perspective catagory
6) choose that voice and pick your 1st voice for that synth
7) beneath your I/O section where you chose your synth, you can now choose your outputs
