Yes and No...
On a normal basis you can't because a standard Logic song file will not open in ProTools, but if you EXPORT that file as an OMF file then you may open that file within Pro Tools "IF" you have Digi Translator which enables Pro Tools to read OMF files....
Also you may use EXPORT SDII Regions command in the audio window of Logic, therefore Time stamping the Audio so that you can just simply place the audio on the perspective place on the timeline of ProTools.
