My T-Racks software on Windows loads the title (splash) screen, then it goes black and does not continue. What can I do?
A:
This is due to your video card's color depth being set too high. To correct this, right-click on your Windows desktop (anywhere there is not an icon) and go to Properties. Then, choose the Settings tab, and lower your color bit depth to High-Color 16bit, hit Ok twice, and this should correct the problem.
