Unfortunately, No it doesn't. In Digital Performer, you have to choose the MAS system OR the TDM system. Since the TDM implementation of Digital Performer cannot read RTAS plug-ins or MAS plug-ins, there's no way to use Stylus in this configuration without switching over to MAS mode. Contact MOTU to see if there will be a fix for this situation.
