I keep getting the message, "This copy of AVOption requires authorization. Please insert the key disk...". What is AVOption?

If you don't have the optional AVOption card set (ABVB/Janus card set or Meridien hardware) but ran the AVOption installer, trash the Video Engine folder from the System Folder>DAE Folder, empty the Trash and relaunch Pro Tools.
