In Master Mode Zone edit, go to F3 Transmit Switch. First you see a display with the 4 zones and settings for the external and internal programs and bank messages.

Pressing the SF5 button will give you a detail for one zone where you can set what physical controllers are responded to fro that zone.

Here is where you can set whether each part responds to sustain, MW. Pitch Bend, etc.
