How do I use my Tascam US-428 as a control surface in Digidesign Pro Tools for Windows?
A:
1. Go to Windows Control Panel - US-428 and choose CS-10 as the emulation mode, hit OK.
2. Go to Setups - Peripherals - MIDI Controllers
3. Select the type CS-10
4. Select the MIDI input and output as US-428 Control Port
5. Make sure #8 is selected under # Ch's.
6. Hit OK, and you're done.
