My computer freezes whenever I launch MasterList CD 2.2

My computer freezes whenever I launch MasterList CD 2.2.

The MLCD 2.2 installer installs version 1.3 of the USB Floppy Enabler which is incompatible with the application. Replacing the extension with USB Floppy Enabler version 2.0 (www.paceap.com) fixes this incompatibility
