My blank CD is stuck in the Masterlink and it won't eject

My blank CD is stuck in the Masterlink and it won't eject.

1) Power the unit off
2) Press the "playlist end" and "track end" button then power the unit on..
3) keep holding the buttons unitl you see the dianostic screen
4) then press the right SKIP button until you see CDR test...
5) then hit PLAY
6) the tray will open for a only few moments in which you must grab your CD ...
