Q:
My Finale/Allegro files won't save on my Mac. What can I do?
A:
Rebuild the desktop: Restart your Mac and hold down the Option and Command keys during start up.
If you have a document open right now that you will lose if you close Finale, go to the Options menu>>Program Options. In Finale 2003, click View and uncheck "Use Navigation Services." In Finale 2002 and earlier, click "Other Options" and uncheck "Use Navigation Services."
