Is CD-ROM compatible with DVD-ROM?
A:
Yes. All DVD-ROM drives will read CD-ROMs (Yellow Book). Software on a CD-ROM will run fine in a DVD-ROM system.
However, DVD-ROMs are not readable by CD-ROM drives.
