Is it possible to delete the factory programmed Patterns in the Command Stations?
A:
Yes, the factory Patterns are fully erasable. The easiest way is to create a blank Pattern, and select the Initialize Preset (see Preset section for more on this) for all Tracks. Make sure your pan and volume settings are correct, and then save it and use E-Loader to upload it to your computer. From here, just Download the "Blank Pattern" into all of the Pattern locations used by the Factory Patterns. TIP: If you also save this blank Pattern in location 000, Bank 0, you will have a nice clean slate to start writing on every time you power up the XL-7!
