This simply means the pattern001 file has been removed from the root directory of the Compact Flash card. This means you will not have any patterns available and the error will keep bugging you. This is easily resolvable, though, by hooking the PocketStudio 5 to your computer via USB, going to your PocketStudio CD-rom which came in the package, and dragging the pattern001 file from the CD-rom to the PocketStudio's Compact Flash card drive. All original files are located on the CD.
