How do I insert measures on my JS5?

1) Hold down SHIFT and press PART to insert the measures.
2) The screen will ask "INSERT WHERE?" Turn the VALUE dial to measure 25.
3) Press ENTER.
4) The screen will ask "INSERT LENGTH?" Turn the VALUE dial to 7 measures.
5) Press ENTER twice.
