- Bad SampleCell Preferences file. Quit SC Editor, delete file from the Preferences folder, then relaunch the SampleCell Editor.- RAM is not seated properly.- RAM is too slow or is faulty. Try 2 SIMMs at a time.- Dynachip may be unseated. Origninal SC. - The sample is "clipped." Play the sample in Sound Designer II to check it.- Quadra, PPC, etc. - U1 chip should be R05 (or 01932-1792) or later. (SCII)
