Pro Tools or other DAE application quits when launching. No error is posted.

- 32-bit Addressing or Modern Memory Manager must be on in the Memory CDev.- Corrupted DigiSetup file in the System folder. Delete it and Restart the Mac.- Corrupted Pro Tools Preferences in the Preferences folder. Delete it and Restart the Mac.- Verify that the correct version of DAE is installed (System Folder/DAE Folder).- Verify that the DigiSystem INIT (System Folder/Extensions) version matches the DAE version.- DSP card not seated properly.- IIfx, Q900, and Q950: Serial Switch CDev must be installed and set to "Compatible" mode.
