"Unable to open file because of a program error" when attempting to open a Session in Pro Tools.
A:
- Hardware has changed (i.e. change interfaces, added cards etc.), but the DigiSetup was never deleted. - Directory problems could corrupt the DigiSetup. In this case, the drive should be initialized and the OS/apps reinstalled from the original disks.
