This error is typically attributed to PCI Burst Mode enabled on the PC. Disable PCI Burst mode in CMOS/BIOS setup to alleviate the problem. This setting is usually found in the Advance Chipset Options or PCI Configuration of the computers setup program. It could also be a jumper on the motherboard.
