"The first track on the CD must have an index 0 at 00:00:00:00" when trying to make an image file or write a disc.

This can happen in a single file, multiple track masterlist if the marker for Track 1 in the PQ window is not exactly at the beginning of the Sound Designer file. If the marker is even a 1/1000th of a second in to the file, the error will be returned.
