Regions captured within Pro Tools are stored in the session, not in the source audio file. For these regions to be available to other applications (or even other sessions), you need to export these region definitions to the source audio files. To do this in Pro Tools:1) Select the regions in the Region Bin.2) Select "Export Region Definitions" from the Regions List menu.3) Click the "Export" button.Note: In order to use a pair of stereo regions from Pro Tools, the source files (parent files of the regions) must be using the split-stereo file naming scheme ("filename.L" for the left track, and "filename.R" for the right). The regions themselves don't need to be named with the split-stereo file naming scheme.
