DSP Farm-PCI (TDM) is not recognized by Pro Tools on launch

DSP Farm-PCI (TDM) is not recognized by Pro Tools on launch.

- DAE Extensions are not installed.- DAE Extensions folder not named correctly.- Verify that it is a Disk I/O, not a Project Card. To the right of the printed assembly number on the component side of the card is a hand written "01" (Disk I/O) or "02" (Project).
