Pro Tools can not see parked or crawling VITC from the Video Time Piece.

It seems that the VTP only outputs 1 "word" of MTC per frame, and at crawl speeds, it's not enough for PT to correctly "lock onto". Pro Tools can see parked and crawling VITC from the Universal Slave Driver.
