The Time Code addresses in a QT Movie window burn don't line up with the Pro Tools counter. The movie appears to be longer or shorter than realtime.

Analyze the movie in Premiere (File/Tools/Movie Analysis...) to check for dropped frames, or frames that are not the correct length. The Movie should be Conformed to the correct frame rate.
