Q:
Error -7207 when instantiating DINR in Pro Tools 4.1 on PT|24 or PTIII.
A:
Most likely a software incompatibility between Pro Tools 4.1 and DINR 2.2. The Pro Tools 4.1 Installer provides updates for the non-core Plug-Ins (DINR, DPP-1, D-Verb, and Focusrite d2), but it's possible to install DINR after Pro Tools 4.1, which will result in this problem.1) If this is a new system installation, install all Plug-Ins first then run the Pro Tools 4.1 Installer.2) If you install digi Plug-Ins after installing Pro Tools 4.1 software, then run the PT 4.1 Installer's "Plug-In Updates" (located within the PT|24 or PTIII Installer options).
