Q:
After installing Pro Tools|24 in a Bit 3 13-slot chassis, none of the cards are recognized by DigiTest or Pro Tools.
A:
This report came in from a user that had 2 identical systems, and the digi cards were not recognized in either one. It turned out that they had both Host cards on one system, and both Backplane Controller cards in the other.Verify that the Host card is in the computer, and the Backplane Controller card is in the appropriate slot in the Chassis.
