Pro Tools 4.x displays "Waiting Trigger" when trying to output time code...

Pro Tools 4.x displays "Waiting Trigger" when trying to output time code using the SSD. The devices that time code is being sent to read the code very erratically or are unable to read the code at all.

This Could happen if varispeed is enabled in the SSD. Disabling varispeed in the Session Setup window should fix this problem.
