DAE error -9096 when trying to launch or select "Direct I/O" when using Cubase VST or Vision DSP 4.1.

This could happen if the interface is in stand-alone mode and no DigiSetup file is in the Preferences. To get around this in Cubase you will need to use another program (such as calibration tool if you are using an 888/24) to configure the hardware setup.For Vision DSP, this problem is fixed by version 4.1.1b3. This is available for download from www.opcode.com
