All the scribble strips on the ProControl are blank but the unit seems to be responding/communicating with Pro Tools.

This can happen if the ProControl is in UTILITY mode when a session is opened. When it is taken out of UTILITY all the scribble strips are blank.To fix it just disengage the unit from the PERIPHERALS dialog and reconnect it.
