I play two notes at a time into my Koblo Vibra synth but I only hear one note at a time playing back.

Vibra synths are monophonic (stereo) meaning you can only play one note at a time per synth.To get "polyphony" out of Vibra-series synths, go to the Tokyo / Synths in the Finder and create a duplicate of the Vibra synth file (command-D), then instantiate and address the second Vibra synth with the secondary note information.
