No MIDI input to Pro Tools or Koblo after launch.

Seems to happen intermittently within Pro Tools 5.0 with Tokyo plug-in and Koblo.Toggling different midi parameters such as midi input device, output of the midi track, or IAC bus assignment within PT or Koblo will refresh the system and make the midi go.
